Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship Scholarships & Aid

These scholarships are offered to recognize Phi Theta Kappa members for their outstanding merit achievement in college. As such, Trinity has developed the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship in order to reward this successful start in college. The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is a renewable award worth a total of $4,000 per year. This scholarship is stackable upon any other merit-based aid (i.e. Dean’s or Presidential Scholarship). This is a new scholarship opportunity offered to students at the time of admission beginning with the Spring 2011 entering class and forward.

Special Requirements:
Available to transfer students that are members of Phi Theta Kappa.

Phi Theta Kappa, an international honors society that recognizes two-year college students for their high academic achievement, is renowned for its leadership development and diverse representation across the globe. This society includes over 1.5 million members, where approximately 100,000 students are inducted each year.

Eligibility and Renewability

Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa will need to indicate this on the online application. The scholarship itself does not have a separate application. Instead, membership should be verified via official college transcripts or Phi Theta Kappa organization.

This Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship requires students to be listed as full-time and maintain a minimum of a 3.1 Grade Point Average while enrolled at Trinity.
