360 Leadership Conference Emerging Leaders
As a high school student, you are invited to Trinity’s 360 Leadership Conference.
Regardless of your leadership background, you will find the space to realize your potential, take greater ownership of who God created you to be, and grow alongside others seeking to follow Christ. This two-day conference immerses you in the Trinity community, as you spend the night on campus and are shaped by the worship, teaching, workshops, and engaging activities!
Main Speaker: April Diaz
April pastored in the local church for over 15 years at two of the most influential churches in the country. Now she’s a speaker, author, and coach for leaders in the US and internationally. She speaks and writes frequently on matters of leadership, youth ministry, and soul care. Secretly, she’s a mix of total girly girl and tomboy and is still crazy about her high school sweetheart, Brian. Together, they co-parent three fabulous kiddos.
April is not only passionate about reaching students, she’s significantly invested in coming alongside youth leaders. She’s very involved with the Fuller Youth Institute as an Advisory Council member, Sticky Faith Coach, and Certified Trainer. She’s the Director of Coaching at The Youth Cartel and an associate in the student department of Slingshot Group.
April looks forward to helping students at Trinity’s 360 Leadership Conference discover their unique giftings as leaders in God’s kingdom!

“I love bringing students to the 360 conference for many reasons. I know that my students are going to have a great time, get exposed to a great Christian college campus, and also be challenged about what it means to follow Christ."
Christian Arvold, HOPE Christian High School
“I love that the 360 Leadership Conference equips and encourages my students to be leaders in their community. It’s a place for them to learn that the best way to lead is by abiding in and following the Lord."
