High school students listen to a speaker at the 360 Leadership Conference

360 Conference Emerging Leaders

Want to grow in leadership and have a blast at the same time?

The annual 360 Conference is designed for high school students to engage with each other as they learn about leadership and their relationships with God. Workshop content and networking opportunities make this a great event for youth leaders as well as students.

You want to live a life that matters. You want to make a difference.

But what does that look like in a world that defines success by the number of followers on your social media platforms or whether or not you have your own YouTube channel?

We were made for more than merely making a name for ourselves. We were made for more than making a difference in the world. You were made to make history. If you are a follower of Jesus Christ then you’ve not only been saved from something but also for something.

Through an exploration of John 13, you will discover how to Continue the Living Legacy by living like Jesus, loving like Jesus and leaving what Jesus left behind.

Main Speaker: Clary Butler

Clary Butler has over 15 years of pastoral experience in multi-generational, multi-cultural, multi-ethnic missional gatherings. He was previously an interim pastor of a church with 150 members, a senior pastor of a church with over 200 members and 2 campuses, an associate pastor of a church with 12,000 members, and then a campus pastor of a church with 1,500 weekly attenders.

Clary is currently on staff at Willow Creek Community Church as a teaching pastor and director of ministries for young adults, young couples, young professionals and college students.

Main Speaker: Ashlee Eiland

Ashlee Eiland has been on staff with Willow Creek Community Church since 2011, and currently serves as a Youth Pastor with Student Impact’s Community Life Team. After graduating from the University of Southern California in 2009, she began her professional career in Human Resources before feeling called to vocational ministry.

In her current role, Ashlee loves inviting others closer to the truth of the Gospel, wherever they may be on their journey with Jesus Christ. She also loves getting to equip and develop leaders as they lean into and activate their God-given gifts. In her spare time, Ashlee loves reading, writing, and yoga. She and her husband, Delwin, are crazy about their two kids, and consider family time the best part of any day.

Help Spread the Word!

“I love bringing students to the 360 conference for many reasons. I know that my students are going to have a great time, get exposed to a great Christian college campus, and also be challenged about what it means to follow Christ. I also really appreciate that the conference has events planned just for leaders.

“On top of that, Katherine and her crew make the registration process very easy. They put so much thought and work into the weekend that it doesn’t take much of either from me to enjoy the conference with my students. I am planning on making this conference an annual event for my students and I want to get other teachers involved from my school so we can bring more students next year!"
