Are you thinking about transferring to Trinity?
Approximately one-third of our new students each year transfer in from other schools, which means you will be greeted by a rich community of people who have made the same life-changing decision to attend Trinity College. See what other students have to say about their transfer experience, and find out the opportunities available to you.
Visiting campus is the best way to find out if a college is the right fit for you. If you are a transfer student and Trinity is on your list of potential universities, consider stopping by for this transfer-specific visit event! Bring your college transcripts, and we will evaluate them on the spot!

Phi Theta Kappa
Phi Theta Kappa, an international honors society that recognizes two-year college students for their high academic achievement, is renowned for its leadership development and diverse representation across the globe. This society includes over 1.5 million members, where approximately 100,000 students are inducted each year.
Trinity International University is excited to recognize Phi Theta Kappa members for their outstanding merit achievement in college. As such, Trinity has developed the Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship in order to reward this successful start in college. The Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship is a renewable award worth a total of $4,000 per year. This scholarship is stackable upon any other merit-based aid (i.e. Dean’s or Presidential Scholarship).
Eligibility & Renewability
Students who are members of Phi Theta Kappa will need to indicate this on the online application. The scholarship itself does not have a separate application. Instead, membership should be verified via official college transcripts or Phi Theta Kappa organization.
This Phi Theta Kappa Scholarship requires students to be listed as full-time and maintain a minimum of a 3.1 Grade Point Average while enrolled at Trinity.
For more information about this scholarship or the transfer process please contact the Undergraduate Admissions Office at email@example.com or 847-317-7000.
Wondering what credits will transfer to Trinity? We’ve developed Transfer Guides for many community colleges in the Chicagoland area.
These guides will give you a good idea of what will transfer in, however we are not responsible for alterations of course numbers, titles, or content at the community colleges listed, and upon review of these changes, we reserve the right to alter our transfer equivalencies.
Current Trinity students should consult their academic advisors and the University Records Office prior to registering for courses they intend to use for general education requirements.
