NSO stands for New Student Orientation. It is a time where our campus welcomes YOU, the new class of students to TIU. We are excited to invite you and your family to participate in New Student Orientation 2013! We look forward to meeting you in person and welcoming you into our vibrant Christian learning community.
Be prepared to be challenged and to begin finding your place here among returning students, professors, administrators, and staff who are serious about being formed so that we may be agents of Christ-empowered transformation in the world.
Be prepared also to have a good time, to begin to relax in your new home away from home, and to build new relationships that will last a lifetime.
New Student Orientation is mandatory for all students. All new and transfer, residential and commuter students are expected to attend. Engagement at Orientation will give you a strong, necessary framework for a significant and formational experience at Trinity. It provides very helpful support for you academically, spiritually, socially, and logistically.
Please bring your course schedule with you to New Student Orientation. You will have the opportunity to discuss your course choices and receive individualized guidance from your advisor at NSO. This personal academic service is designed to provide a strong start for your career at Trinity. The thorough completion of the registration form will help to expedite your registration process.
